JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery of one country made pistol and four live cartridges is alleged to have been made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that his antecedent was clean but just after lodging of the present First Information Report he has also been remanded in Buniyadganj Police Station Case No. 28/2016 which was lodged against unknown persons two days earlier. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2016.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26630 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 case, the petitioner, namely, Guddu Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in Mofassil P.S. Case No. 73/2016 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
