This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station Case No. 30 of 2021, disclosing offences under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father, mother and elder brother of the main accused Aakash Pandey are petitioners herein. The allegation seems to be improbable.
