2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. Office has reported that the progress of the case is showing dismissed as withdrawn but neither the order-sheet is attached with the file nor any order is available on the website of this Court.

4. After making enquiry, it came to the light that this case was disposed of during the Pandemic period while the Court was working in virtual mode and office was also running with restricted number of employees.

5. It appears that this case was listed on the Board, but at that time the court was taking restricted number of files and learned counsel mentioned this case out of turn since the file could not be made available by the office, as the office was also functioning through restricted number of employees, the order could not be typed, signed and uploaded. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application, the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.
