Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 395 of 2021 lodged under Sections 30(A), 32(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that provisional bail has been granted to petitioner vide order dated 08.04.2022, on such terms and conditions fixed by the Court below. He further submits that petitioner has already fulfilled the terms and conditions and undertake to follow such terms and conditions on which his bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49346 of 2021(7) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 bond was accepted by the Court below. By the said order this Court has also demanded a report from the State. Such report has been received in the Court vide Memo. No. 181 date 18.04.2022.

In this background the provision bail is hereby accepted and the application is disposed of.
