2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Spl POCSO Case No. 39 of 2025, arising out of Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 137(2), 74 and 76 of the BNS and under Section 8 of POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, when the nine year old daughter of informant went out of her house to eat fast-food, the petitioner kidnapped her and also tried to molest her but she somehow freed herself from his clutches, ran towards the petrol pump and asked local people for their help who then called the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. The allegation levelled in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged in the FIR. The petitioner carries three criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner's period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII-cum-Spl POCSO Patna-I, in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, on the following condition:
(i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned trial Court on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
