Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 363, 366A/34 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the statements of the victim under sections 161 & 164 Cr.P.C. are inconsistent as regards the manner of her recovery and arrest of the petitioners.
This Court finds that the specific allegation kidnapping has been levelled against the petitioners in the FIR which has been supported by the victim in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
