====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears for the State.

2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent No. 3, Senior Superintend of Police, West Champaran to take proper legal action against the private respondents so that life and property of the petitioner could be protected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

WJC No.392 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 petitioner is a widow lady and is having landed property which is being sold by the private respondents by declaring that cosharer, Krishna Prasad has died whereas he is still alive and, accordingly, petitioner has lodged an FIR bearing Bettiah Nagar PS Case No. 588/2020 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the IPC.

4. Learned counsel further submits that no action is being taken by the concerned SHO, West Champaran in pursuance of the First Information Report lodged by the petitioner. Learned counsel, thus, submits that petitioner intends to file a representation before respondent No. 3, Senior Superintend of Police, West Champaran within a period of fifteen days.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that if such representation is filed on behalf of petitioner within a period of fifteen days, it is expected that respondent No. 3, Senior Superintend of Police, West Champaran, will look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.
