On getting confidential information that petitioner is engaged in preparation of Mahua wine, raid was conducted and during course thereof, 15 litres of Mahua wine was seized while the other items that means to say, Mahua were destroyed. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.04.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Devraj Chaudhary @ Gonga Chaudhary @ Gunga Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Rohit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
