Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 for the offence under sections 188, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case from the motorcycle 18 liters of Nepali Saufi Wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.3.2019.
