JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 for offences under sections 447, 341, 324, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43311 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 05.10.2016, had rejected the same with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months of jail-custody.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4966 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 Babloo Mahton, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016.
