The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

It is a case of abduction of the informant's daughter by this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the certified copy of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has not stated about the complicity of this petitioner in this case and she solemnized marriage with this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49204 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 petitioner out of her own sweet will and the victim's age is 20 years as ascertained by the court below and she is enjoying conjugal life happily with this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
