The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and in sum and substance the allegation is that one Arvind Kumar Singh was caught appearing in place of Amit Kumar i.e. the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had applied for CBSE CTET examination, but since he got a private job, as such, he was not interested in appearing in the said examination and it appears that Arvind Kumar by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44004 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 forging his admit card attempted to appear in the examination and was caught. It is also submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 521 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
