JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the first information report as well as Annexure-2 series, it appears to me that the informant was a consenting party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11689 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Balthar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
