2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.03.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016, G.R. No. 421 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 302, 326, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 29.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 41033 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
