JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 363, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only accusation against the petitioner is that he took Rs. 25,000/- from the informant to trace out the missing girls but he failed to trace out them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties particularly, keeping in mind the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11695 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 allegation levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and furthermore, he shall cooperate with the investigating officer in course of investigation and shall make available himself before the investigating officer, whenever he is called by the concerned investigating officer.
