2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 376(D), 379, 120(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons raped the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Though the allegation is of committing rape, but from the records it appears that the petitioner is being made accused in different cases in different States. The petitioner is resident of Uttar Pradesh and he is said to be travelling in Bihar and all of a sudden, he along with other co-accused persons have committed rape upon the victim, which seems to be unbelievable. Moreover, charge has been framed.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019.
