2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 2 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the community hall.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor and has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41581 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-cum-ADJ II, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
