Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.
Prosecution case is that 10 gm ganja was recovered that from shop of Mahesh Kumar and 2 gm ganja was recovered from the pocket of the petitioner.
Statement has been made that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Uma Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the state does not controvert the quantity of recovery. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26641 of 2016 (2) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 arising out of P.R No. 8 of 2016.
