12-01-2016 In view of stand taken in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 8 as well as learned counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent/Bihar Renewal Energy Department, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of so that the petitioner may avail the remedy before the Collector.

The prayer is allowed.
