Case No.49 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 452, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. The first information report has been instituted on the basis of a complaint filed by one Md. Mumtaj Ansari, which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45765 of 2013 dt.16-05-2017 2 / 2 was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation.

3. On perusal of the complaint, I find that ingredients of cognizable offences are clearly attracted.
