JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the first information report of Kanhauli P.S. Case No.49 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 452, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. The first information report has been instituted on the basis of a complaint filed by one Md. Mumtaj Ansari, which

3. On perusal of the complaint, I find that ingredients of cognizable offences are clearly attracted.
