This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Barauni Police Station Case No. 615 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 435/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner, as mentioned in the First Information Report, is that on 29.12.2018, in the mid night, the petitioner along with others has set the vehicles of the informant on fire, standing near the house, School, office and garage. Further allegation is that after setting the vehicles on fire, they have also demanded Rs. 50,000/- as rangdari. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present First Information Report has been lodged in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35853 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/3 retaliation of a case filed by the petitioner before the Labour Superintendent, Begusarai, claiming a sum of Rs. 4,32,000/- towards his salary. The said complaint before the Labour Superintendent was filed on 26.12.2018 and four days thereafter, the present First Information Report has been lodged by the informant. The informant has also not disclosed the registration number of the vehicles and their make, which were alleged to have been set on fire by the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, Sukesh Kumar Singh @ Sukesh Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni Police Station Case No. 615 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
