2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 07.04.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 303 of 2025, arising out of Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
