Taking into consideration the fact as well as injury sustained by the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. case no. 36/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
