This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioner 105 liters of country made liquor was recovered.

The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.12.2016. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 406 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Gaya, or successor Court.
