This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 448, 450, 323, 324, 325, 335,307.354B,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is evident on perusal of the First Information Report that certain property dispute between the parties is the reason behind the occurrence, leading to registration of the present First

No.36971 of 2020(3) dt.20-02-2021 2/2 Information Report and another FIR got registered by mother of petitioner No.1. learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that both the sides have sustained injuries and the injuries on the person of the prosecution's side in the present case has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the genesis of the occurrence, in my opinion, a case for grant of regular bail is made out, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistratie, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in Kundwa Chainpur P.S.
