Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Thereafter the petitioner was remanded from some other case to this case.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2020. He was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case which is already complete. There is no substantial material against the petitioner.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the

No.38421 of 2020(2) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Darauli Police Station Case No.06 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
