JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2025 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the issues which has been taken as ground of the present criminal revision petition before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai since the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed ex parte against him.

2. In light of submission of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to have recourse of law in appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum.
