In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 795 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made by the Informant that the accused persons kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage.

The petitioner is the father of one of the accused persons, namely, Arbind Kumar. From the affidavit attached with this application, it appears that the marriage between the daughter of the Informant and accused Arbind Kumar was solemnized in a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27053 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 temple.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the father, as also taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Bishundeo Mahto, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.795 of 2015.
