This application has been filed by the petitioner for clarification of the order dated 15.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28124 of 2021, whereby bail of the petitioner was rejected. It is submitted that it was inadvertently typed in the bail petition that 396 liters country made liquor was recovered from the vehicle of petitioner although recovery is 39.6 liters only. It was observed in the order that petitioner be released on bail "after six months" by the court below with certain terms and conditions.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48751 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 that at page no.2 in first line "after six months" has inadvertently been typed in place of "after six months in custody". It appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct.

As such, let "after six months in custody" be read in place of "after six months " in the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the order dated 15.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28124 of 2021 stands modified /clarified to the aforesaid extent and petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
