In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No.3840 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2223 (C) of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are full brothers. The dispute is with regard to creation of document, which the other side is

Basically, it is a civil dispute and a Title suit is also going on between the parties.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Trial No.3840 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2223 (C) of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
