JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2023 Earlier, antecedent report was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'D'. From perusal of the same, it appears that except the present F.I.R., no case has been registered against this petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Allegation against this petitioner is that he tried to withdraw huge amount by putting forged signature of Principal and verser of B.R.B. College on cheque, bearing cheque no. 12007617 dated 09.03.2019.

5. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner neither

In fact, petitioner is a victim of circumstances, as his account was used by some fraud persons about whom he is not aware. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 04.08.2023, is hereby confirmed and petitioner shall remain on same bail-bond.
