18-06-2015 After some argument, Mr. Nafisuzzoha, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
