JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 for the offence punishable under sections 30(k) of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In paragraph 3 of the petition, there is statement that there is no criminal antecedent.

From the FIR, it transpires that five litres country wine was seized in this case.

Having regard to the statement made in para-3 and recovery of country liquor, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned, in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017.
