The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392,414 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence two persons came on white Apache motorcycle and dashed the motorcycle of informant on account of which informant fell down from the motorcycle. One of the person put pistol on the neck of the informant and demanded money and also took money from pocket of the informant. It is further alleged that both miscreants tried to escape but, petitioner was apprehended and another accused managed to run away. From the written report itself, it appears that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35805 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 petitioner has been apprehended on the spot but, there is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 10.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.
