JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant by means of iron pillar and other weapons. The informant sustained three injuries, out of which two injuries were found simple in nature but one injury on her wrist was found grievous in nature. According to prosecution case itself, petitioner is not author of the grievous injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28643 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodwandpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016.
