Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The petitioner is making third attempt seeking bail in the matter. On two previous occasions, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court rejected the prayer of bail on merit and by last order dated 13.10.2017 given liberty that in case of inordinate delay in disposal of the trial, the petitioner shall have liberty to renew prayer for bail in the court below itself. However, the report of the trial court indicates that out of seven prosecution witnesses,

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected and the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within six months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
