Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a pickup van liquor was recovered.

Submission is that the petitioner is neither owner of the vehicle nor the petitioner is owner of the liquor. He has been falsely implicated in this case for the reason that the petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
