The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37736 of 2014. The petitioner has again moved before this Court for grant of regular bail but no new ground has been taken by the petitioner in the instant case.

Hence, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected in the lack of new grounds.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the
