2. This writ application is being filed for the following relief;
I). A nature of certiorari setting aside the all the E-Challans which has been generated from 12.07.2023 to 18.04.2025. by the Traffic Police. And further to quash the entire proceedings against the petitioner in connected with this case;
II). An interim injunction has also been prayed through this writ application restraining the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner connected
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1486 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 with this case during the pendency of this writ application.
3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Patna for the redressal of his grievances along with a representation.
4. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Patna then the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in accordance with law.
