Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Mahila) P.S.Case No.10 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Petitioners happen to be husband and in-laws of the husband of the informant and there is allegation of demand and ousting her from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36298 of 2019(4) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation against them and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2, who has submitted that she is ready to reside with her husband.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mahila) P.S.Case No.10 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
