The dispute between the parties with regard to a payment of Rs. 36927/-. The learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a cheque of Rs. 36927/- to the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that in view of the payment, the opposite party no.2 has no grievance, and therefore, he has no objection if the prosecution of the petitioners is quashed in Complaint Case No. 1771 of 2006.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The impugned order dated 21.09.2006 in Complaint Case No. 1771 of 2006 is hereby quashed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
