3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 6 and 7 in which it is stated that the application of the petitioner was forwarded by the deponent to the Chief Executive Officer-cum-Member Secretary, Zila Parishad

Patna High Court CWJC No.10506 of 2022(8) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 Teacher Selection Unit, Supaul for its consideration.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the newly added respondent no.8 to pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel within a period of six weeks.

5. Respondent no. 8 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
