Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.06.2016 in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant, but the petitioner has filed Matrimonial Suit No. 90 of 2015 with a prayer for dissolution of marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31542 of 2016 (3) dt.21-09-2016 The investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. Rg. 331 of 2015.
