2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2016 in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 712 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 379/34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, even according to the seizure list, recovery of the allegedly stolen goods is said to have been made from the house of co-accused Anil Kumar Mandal. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.
