Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that one Jitendra Ram and his associates committed theft of motorcycle and mobile and subsequently, they handed over motorcycle and mobile to petitioner so that he could sell the aforesaid motorcycle and mobile. Thereafter petitioner was arrested and he, too, confessed his guilt disclosing the above stated fact. One of the stolen

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 09.05.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016.
