2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.301 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022, lodged under Sections 302, 201, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged on the basis of conspiracy made by the accused persons whose names are disclosed in the F.I.R.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., he is in custody since 18.10.2022 and his antecedent is clean. He further submits that

No.40419 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 12.05.2023 & 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.17850 of 2023 & 20389 of 2023 respectively which are annexed as Annexure-2 series.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6th, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.301 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
