JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was caught with dagger when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-02-2016 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
