ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017 in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 302,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against petitioner during investigation. There is no further material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. It has been further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Nepali Rawat has been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.03.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6341 of 2018.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21005 of 2018(3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 circumstances and that there being no materials in the case diary, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra Police Station Case No. 109 of 2017.
