2. The present writ petition has been filed for seeking direction from this Hon'ble Court to consider the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Center No.08, Panchayat- Kulahariya, District- Khagaria on the basis of compassionate appointment.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that there is no provision in law for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika on compassionate ground in any of the margdarshika for the purpose of appointment of

4. In response thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a news has come in the newspaper on the basis of which, he has filed the present writ petition.

5. In this background, this Court is of the firm opinion that news which has come in the newspaper is not the law of the land and hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
