JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation that petitioner and others assaulted the informant and also humiliated him by calling his caste name. The informant appears to have sustained simple injury and so far as the application of provisions of SC/ST Act is concerned, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of village politics and, as a matter of fact, the dispute took place between the parties on a petty matter.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
